Very nice composition, lighting and way of capturing his cool demeanor. Your photography is very inspiring from a creative perspective!

Hi GZ,

Many thanks, but this photo took care of itself. All I did was click the shutter. I took it at that time of afternoon when the light is perfect and casts very good shadows. It's a very warm light that lasts only a half-hour or so.

In the end, all I needed to do was tweak the brightness and contrast a little bit and adjust the RGB levels slightly.

The only thing, though, is that photographs posted online can look vastly different on different computer monitors. It depends on how the monitors are calibrated. Many of my photos look faded and a little washed out on some monitors, whereas on my monitor they look just the way I want them to.

Ah, well ...

I know the feeling. That's when I think, well everyone sees things in their own way, anyway, why care?

That's true enough, GZ, but I worry that some people may not be seeing the photos in what I consider their most favorable light (and shadow, for that matter).
