Will it be a click or a bang?

Once again, it's that time.
On Thursday, I'll have a blood test to check my serum calcium level. If you all could keep me in your thoughts and prayers, I would be deeply obliged, as always.

You've got it, my friend. My father is in the hospital having tests, so I'd appreciate your good thoughts, as well. One step at a time ...

You will be in mine, as always Michael.

I am back, if not just for a while, with a tiny smirky smile.

hi michael,
i've been through the years of tests and waiting for results due to cancer. my cancer turned out to be curable, and i did survive. many people prayed for me then, and i will pray for you now, wholeheartedly.
kindest regards...

That's where you will be, Michael. In my thoughts. I'll be stopping by again and again.

Thanks so much, Isabel and Tamar! It's a comfort -- and it's also very humbling -- to know that there are people rooting for me and keeping me in their thoughts.

I'm with you as well Michael. test or no test, good news or not.

Michael said...

Thanks so much, Jean! And gassho, Johnny. It's all just another spin of the circle, though the good wishes of friends makes it so much easier to bear.

Hi Michael,
We are all here with you sending good energy your way.

My daughter and I visited NYC a couple of weeks ago. Stayed just outside Time Square. Every bridge reminded me of you and I looked for driftwood sculptures...I loved Manhattan and found the crazy pace oddly comforting. Maybe I can leave my peaceful seaside town and retire smack in the middle of NYC!

Tonight and tomorrow I'll make a point of doing frequent tonglen for you, and for everyone awaiting test results...
