Lol, you knew this one would get my attention!
Yeah, this guy was really a ham. He enjoyed having his photo taken. What you don't see in this photo is the sound system attached to the rear of his bike, blasting salsa music at 90 decibels. (You can see the iPod, though, on the handlebars.)
